What is the Cancellation Policy of an item?

Once you placed an order on our website, you will get a confirmation call from our customer care team. So if you have placed an order by mistake or you no longer need that item then you can inform our customer care team about cancellation of order.

But if you are satisfied and ready to receive then the shipment has been dispatched to your address on the next day.

What is the Return and Refund Policy?

If the ordered item is damaged and you raised a request on our support by calling @7428710110 on the same day, then we will pick up the items from your location in next 1-2 days and exchange the damaged item with the new one.

Once you placed the order on our website, our customer care team will guide you about the details which include fabric, size chart, color and shipping schedule. Through these details you will get a fair idea about the product and with your confirmation, we will dispatch the order from our end.

99% of our customers are satisfied but in case if you are not satisfied, then you may exchange the product with another one and you need to send the parcel at our address. The refund will be generated if the product is in the original condition.
